LEAD COUNSELORS
Assist the Executive Director and Program Coordinator to carry out the programs of Bournelyf Special Camp by supervising and participating in the activities shared by a group of counselors and campers on a day-to-day basis. Will assist Executive Director and Program Coordinator in accomplishing program goals through development of staff, and the planning, monitoring, and evaluating of daily programs.
COUNSELORS
Assist the Executive Director, Program Coordinator, and Lead Counselors to carry out the programs of Bournelyf Special Camp by supervising and participating in the activities shared by a group of counselors and campers on a day-to-day basis. Will assist Executive Director, Program Coordinator, and Lead Counselors in accomplishing program goals through the monitoring and evaluating of daily programs.
COUNSELORS IN TRAINING
Assist the Executive Director, Program Coordinator, Lead Counselors, and Counselors to carry out the programs of Bournelyf Special Camp by carrying out assigned responsibilities in a timely fashion. Will regularly report program observations, questions, and concerns to his/her assigned supervisor.
LIFEGUARDS
Assist the Aquatics Director and Assistant Director to carry out the swimming programs of Bournelyf Special Camp by supervising, participating, and maintaining all areas of the swimming programs. Will promote lifetime wellness and safety of all Campers of Bournelyf Special Camp.
*Bournelyf will pay for Lifeguard certification.
