Swim Camp is ideally for individuals ages 12 years old and up (exceptions can be made on a case by case basis).
The swim camp format consists of three, one-hour blocks. Each block has 45 minutes of swim time with a 15- minute break.The first block is competitive swimming, the second block is water games/water aerobics and the third block is water safety. The main goal of Swim Camp is to provide an opportunity for all participants to improve their water skills and have fun! This is our only half-day program, running from 9AM- 12PM.
