Camp Registration

Before completing the application, please read through the following information regarding the application process, tuition, fees, and payment due dates.

1. Applications will be processed and sessions assigned in the order the applications are received, and accompanied by a $35 registration fee for returning campers, OR $50 for new applicants.

2. Campers who are new to Camp, or who have only attended for one year, are eligible to attend only one, two-week session.

a. Campers who are entering their third summer at BSC are eligible for two, two-week sessions.

b. And campers who have attended BSC for five summers or more are eligible for all three sessions.

3. If your camper is 16-17 years of age and you would like him/her to be considered for our life skills-based Expedition program, typically reserved for our campers, ages 18-25 years old, please check next to the dates of the Expedition session(s), which you would like your child to attend. The Assistant Director or Program Coordinator will contact you in order to discuss this alternative placement choice.

4. Please note, if your family is in need of tuition assistance, please do not hesitate to complete the Tuition Assistance form. Please do not request Tuition Assistance if you will be using a 3rd party provider to cover the cost of tuition.

5. Lastly and most importantly, please make sure that the payment for your camper’s session(s) is paid at least three weeks prior to the session’s start date (unless alternative payment arrangements have been made with the Assistant Director).

FIRST YEAR CAMPERS ONLY

Step 1: New Camper Enrollment Application (Links to forms available Late January).

Step 2: All new campers must complete a walk-thru interview at Camp with one of the directors as part of the application process. Walk-thru interviews cannot be scheduled until the application is completed and reviewed by either the director or assistant director. All new applicants will attend an Open House date, which will be provided by the Assistant Director.

Step 3: upon approval, download, print, and take the following forms to your camper’s physician only after you have been notified that your camper has been accepted.

Step 1: Download, print, and take the following form to your camper’s physician only after you have been notified that your camper has been accepted.

Step 2: Complete the applicable registration for Camper or Alumni online and upload forms from Step 2.
